DARLEEN ELLEN JACKSON

Darleen Ellen Olson Jackson age 69 passed away July 21, 2017 after courageously  battling breast cancer for three years.  Darleen was born July 4, 1948 in Moorehead MN to Hank and Eileen Olson.   Darleen grew up in Littleton and attended Arapahoe High School.  Darleen is survived by her 4 children, Jennie Fedrizzi, Ross, Brett and Jeremy Jackson, 7 grandchildren; Cassidy, Sophia, Daniel, Bryce,  Amanda, Anastassia, Alyssa, 4 great grandchildren and 5 siblings, Roger, Raymond, Glorene, Kathleen, Shirleen; and many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.

Darleen was a native of Colorado but also lived many years in Texas both in Amarillo and Fort Worth.  She loved the mountains, camping, fishing, sewing, reading and word search puzzles!  

Darleen was loved by many and greatly admired for her optimistic outlook on life.  This was never more evident than the last few years as she battled cancer but never stopped smiling.  

A celebration of her life will be held Friday, July 28, 2017, 2:00PM at Drinkwine Mortuary in Littleton, CO.
