Fred was born in Menlo, Kansas on 11/01/37. He passed away in Littleton, Colorado on 01/09/13

A funeral mass was held Tuesday, January 15th, 2013 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Parish, 6833 S Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado. Fred was interred on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 at 11:30 AM at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, Colorado

Fred received his B.S. from the University of Denver. He married Lynda Eggleston on 05/06/67. They had two boys named Brian and Nathan. Fred worked many years for Gates Rubber Company as a computer programmer. He currently worked at the Denver Children’s Home. Fred also volunteered at the Lone Tree Arts and Cultural Center and the Littleton Western Welcome Weekend. Fred enjoyed family, friends, the Denver Broncos, playing tennis, and working on his computer.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lynda Meier; Sons, Brian Meier and Nathan Meier; Daughters-In-Law, Marissa Meier and Kelly Meier; Grandchildren, Trenton Meier, Alexia Meier, Cambree Meier, and Madeline Meier.
