Dear Ross Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss and offer my sincere condolences. I had the pleasure of working with Rick at HQ PACAF during his time in Hawaii. We would often talk about his time as an Enlisted Airman and our Southern roots. His smile was bright and his laugh infectious. To this day he remains a part of some of my most treasured memories from that assignment!
May God keep all of you wrapped in his arms and shower you with love and grace both during and beyond this exceptionally challenging time.
