Patricia Ann Hance

Patricia Ann Hance passed away on Tuesday November 7, 2017. Pat was born in Denver, Colorado to Sophie and Wilbur Conner on February 27th 1939. She is survived by her husband Lee, daughter Michele, son Mike, brother Larry Conner and his wife Ann Conner, numerous nieces and nephews, and Chihuahua "Peanut".

Pat and Lee were married in Denver, Colorado at Wilbur and Sophie’s house. They lived and raised Michele and Mike in Minnetonka, Minnesota. While living in Minnetonka, Pat worked for the Toro Corporation and among her many accomplishments was developing an advertising campaign each year by incorporating Toro Snow blowers into marching formations performing fancy maneuvers in annual parades in the twin cities area. One year Pat was invited to bring the snow blowers to march in a parade in Philadelphia.

While living in Minnetonka, Pat and Lee open their home to a family of 10 from Vietnam. Helped find them jobs, taught them how to drive a car, and learn the English language. Thanks to Pat's and Lee's generosity and love for this family, several went onto college, and developed successful businesses in America. Pat continued a loving relationship in their lives until her passing.

Pat moved back to Colorado with her husband Lee in 1994 where they sold collectibles & memories. She helped people find these special gifts in Kathy’s Chalet in Englewood for 6 years. Pat utilized her gift marketing talents while volunteering at the Craig Hospital gift store. She also volunteered by leading walking tours at the State Capital Building.

Pat's interests included flower arranging and caring for her grand-dog IZZY. Pat touched many lives with her love, compassion and caring for others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Drinkwine Family Chapel.
