I worked with Bill for several years at the Littleton Central Office as Central Office Technicians in the 1970's for, what was then, Mountain Bell. We were good friends and coworkers. I will always remember him as one of my most favorite people ever.
My condolences to his family.

Bill was a kind and gentle soul who could co-host a great cookout to 4 wheeling some of the most treacherous terrain. He could do anything he set his mind to do and served our country with pride. He was one of a kind who loves his family and treated his wife as if she was his crown jewel. May his family and all who knew him know how lucky they were that he touched their lives. May this bring them comfort in their time of coming to terms with his loss. We agree...Chuncky candy bars are the best!!!

Our friendship with Bill and Shirley is a relatively recent one - starting in 2000 when we were on a S.E. Asia travel tour with them and fellow Denver travelers Marc, Dani and Don. Bill was such a quiet person it took a while into the trip to get a conversation going, but when he talked, you listened ... and it was worth listening to. He was a good companion and a caring, gentle person who met a terrible, relentless and incurable disease and succumbed-- as all victims of Parkinson's must NOW do. However, his love and caring for family and friends survived and are a positive and enduring memory for us all. He will be missed.

Ray and Lorie,
Your kind thoughts are very much appreciated. Bill always enjoyed getting together with the two of you. He often talked about going up to your Vail condo and spending time together. There were many good times and memories with our little group. Thank you for remembering him.

Carole, you are so thoughtful to have written such kind thoughts about your Uncle Bill. He always enjoyed all those parties that you and your mother planned. It was a special time for him. Your mother was a special person to him.

Brothers can never be parted,
Precious memories never die,
Never shall your memory fade,
God now holds you in the
Palm of His hand and
You are loved by all you left behind.
