Courtney Elizabeth Anton

Today we celebrate and recognize the incredible life of Courtney Elizabeth Anton, born on February 14th, 1985 (Litttleton, CO) and joined Christ on September 27th, 2019 (Keystone, CO).  Courtney is survived by her husband of eight years, Andy, and their six year old daughter, Sunday, of Aurora, Colorado.  She is also survived by her parents, Garald and Paula Chamber and many immediate and extended family members. Second only to her pursuit of Christ, Courtney had the deepest love for her husband, daughter, and family.

One of Courtney’s greatest achievements was becoming a registered nurse in Palliative and Hospice care.  Her desire and dedication to her career shows her heart and compassion for her patients and those close to her. Courtney loved impacting others’ lives through small and meaningful actions.  She also found joy in supporting those in need through disaster relief and the Compassion International children’s ministries.

At BRAVE, we witnessed Courtney’s biggest life event.  On April 21st of 2019, she gave her heart to Christ and became a born-again Christian.  We celebrated her as being beautifully redeemed in the eyes of our Lord Jesus Christ.  While we grieve Courtney’s absence on this earth, we can be comforted by the fact she is heaven with our Lord, surrounded by His Glory, filled with the peace and joy only Jesus provides. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2019 at Brave Church. Private burial will follow services.
