I have been a patient of Dr. Capin for 29 years and Erin often took care of our family for the past several years. I always hoped that when I walked in the office that Erin would be the one to take me back to the examination room. She was the warmest and most joyful lady who had such a passion for the medical profession.
I actually just saw her on July 7th and she just radiated happiness and love and concern for her patients.
Erin is someone who will never be forgotten. May her family know that she was loved by all who crossed her path.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Erin was one of the nicest people I have ever met. They way she took care of others always put a smile on my face. She had a huge heart, a contagious smile and befriended everyone she met. I am most definitely going to miss Erin.
