Kerstin Maura Coffelt

Kerstin Maura Coffelt , 57, of Littleton, Colorado was born on July 9th, 1962. She was born in Denver to Bernadette and Charles Coffelt, and grew up in Littleton with her two brothers, Jeremy and Brennan Coffelt.

Kerstin attended St. Mary’s School, Heritage High School, and graduated from Colorado State University.

Kerstin was a devout Catholic and attended daily Mass. She was an active participant in St. Mary’s Church in Littleton, and was a strong member of the church community. Kerstin was a Third Order Benedictine, and she attended Benedictine meetings. She had a special devotion to her faith.

Kerstin enjoyed reading, and had a love of learning. She had a background in library studies. During her life, she worked in both the library and the business world.

Kerstin had a beautiful voice, and loved to sing - it was always a joy to hear her sing!

Kerstin was known for her kind and outgoing ways. She was generous to those in need; she was friendly and hospitable to all those she met. She also had a good sense of humor – when she laughed, everyone laughed with her!

Kerstin also loved animals, and always showed kindness to them.

Kerstin died suddenly on July 30, 2019. She is survived by her brother, Jeremy Coffelt, her aunt, Dea Bruno, her aunt and uncle, Ann and Bill Palmer, her uncle, Fred Moore, and cousins of the Bruno family, the Moore family, and the Palmer family. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Bernadette and Charles Coffelt, her brother, Brennan Coffelt, her uncle, Angelo Bruno, and her aunt, Paula Ann Moore. We are grateful for her life and her goodness. Kerstin will be dearly missed…

A Recitation of Rosary will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019, 7:00 PM at Drinkwine Family Mortuary, Littleton, Colorado. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2019, 10:30 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, Littleton, Colorado. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Paonia, Colorado.
