Nancy Lou Eshman

Nancy Lou Eshman, of Lone Tree passed away after a six-month battle with kidney cancer on February 6, 2017 at the age of 72.  

Nancy was born on March 9, 1944 and was raised by her loving parents, Norma and Walter Davey, in Mulvane, Kansas.  She graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas with a degree in elementary education. In 1969 she married her beloved husband Michael and they settled in Littleton, Colorado.  Together they had one daughter, Carrie.   Nancy spent over 30 years teaching sixth grade in Littleton, Colorado.  Upon retirement Nancy and Michael became “snow birds” spending their winters in Naples, Florida and their summers in Colorado.  In 2011, when Michael passed away, Nancy moved back to Colorado full-time where she spent her final years enjoying time with friends, family and her grand-dog, Daisy.  

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Michael. She is survived by her daughter Carrie and son-in-law Doug of Denver and her brother, Mick Davey of Centennial.

Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 12, 2017 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging area "A", 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd. Denver, CO 80236.
