Patricia Ann Stephens

Loving wife of Verlin Cory Stephens and devoted mother of Verlin Carlton Stephens.  Pat was raised in Peru, Illinois.  She is preceded in death by her father Carl Thiemann, mother Dorothy Thiemann, and brother Robert Thiemann.

Pat attended Illinois State University and started her career at Los Alamos National Laboratories in New Mexico before moving to Littleton, Colorado in 1987 to work for Martin Marietta.

Pat continued her education at the University of Denver, receiving a Masters of Environmental Policy & Safety Management.  Most recently she worked as a safety consultant in the Denver area.

Pat loved the outdoors and all of the seasons of the year.  She enjoyed skiing, photography, gardening, cooking, and fishing.  Most of her vacations were spent camping in Wyoming and Colorado.  Time in the outdoors with her family is what brought her peace and happiness.  She was always busy thinking of the next adventure.  Life was never about material possessions to Pat, it was about the people you love.   
 

Recitation of Rosary Thursday, Sept. 26th at 7:00 P.M. at Drinkwine Family Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church with reception to follow at the church.
