Julie, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a bright and vibrant person. Her smile and laugh lit up any room she was in. I have one of her Christmas card paintings framed and hanging on my wall next to my desk. She will be missed.

Our Aunt was an incredible lady; we'll miss her smiles and cheerful composure that always lit up where she was. We will always hear her voice when the sun is out.

We shall hear your sweet voice each time the soothing wind washes across our faces and hearts. And now, an Angel`s voice sings from above.......forever with us.

My deepest condolences to the entire White family. Seeing these photographs is a reminder of just how swiftly life flies. So many of my memories of "Julie's mom" are long before she had a single gray hair...As with many of our mothers back in the day, she was always there, always in the background...and yet a such a beautiful and talented force on her own, in her own special way. She encouraged so many young voices to be heard! In the summertime, our neighborhood was always filled with "vocalizing" and song...coming from the open windows of Shirley's studio. It was a pleasant accompaniment to memories and friendships of the day. If I cannot be with you on Wednesday, please know that I am with you all in spirit. I mourn right along with you as you send Shirley to everlasting peace. Sending hugs and love. Sincerely, Cindi Walker and family
