Thomas Owen Bright

Thomas (Tom) Owen Bright of Lakewood Colorado, died August 19, 2017 with his family and beloved dog by his side after a lengthy battle with cancer. Tom was born on February 20, 1962 in Denver, Colorado.  His parents were Robert and Clara Bright (Vandewiele) of Littleton, Colorado.  Tom grew up in the Littleton area and attended DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ.  Following technical school, he moved back to Colorado.  He went on to work for Bell & Howell for 33 years as a Senior Customer Service Engineer.  Tom was a talented technician and could fix anything.  Tom’s greatest joy in life was taking to the road on his motorcycle and spending time in the mountains at the family cabin.  

Tom is proceeded in death by his parents and survived by his sister, Judy Jaster (Daniel) of Bailey, Colorado.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 24th at Drinkwine Family Mortuary from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.  Funeral services for Tom will be at Saint Mary of the Rockies in Bailey, Colorado on Saturday, August 26th at 10:30 am.
