William Alon Herrick

William Alon Herrick passed away on July 20, 2019, with his family by his side. William was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. William spent 3 and a half years in service of his country as a medic for the United States Army. After his time in the military William became a raspatory therapist, as he cared about the health of others above all. William was a man with deep faith and was a respected member of his church St. Phillip and St. James Episcopal Church.

William is survived by his wife Barbara Herrick, Daughters: Amanda Torres, and Thyra Herrick. Step children: Aaron Schlussler, Chayla Ashworth (Jamie Ashworth). Sisters: Nadine Outlaw (James Outlaw), Sandee Beall (Fred Beall), Kristine Lovato, Diane Herrick, Heather Salcedo (Gerry Salcedo). Brother: John Herrick. Grand Children: Ricky, Mia, and LJ.

William is also survived by 5 nephews and 2 nieces, 2 grand nephews and 3 grand nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at St. Philip & St. James Episcopal Church, 2797 S. Lowell Boulevard, Denver, CO 80236.  The Herrick Family will have cookies and refreshments immediately following the service.  

Interment with full military honors will held at 2:30PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area B.
