Blanche C Brandt 97 was born to Frank and Maria Alberti in Iron Mountain MI December 30, 1924. She passed away April 24, 2022 in Littleton CO, her home for 50 years. Blanche was quite a woman and a good listener with an abundance of friends. She could laugh with the best of them. She loved the Jersey Shore and the Colorado mountains. When she was a couple of years old, the little family moved to New Brunswick NJ. There her education was at St Peters, and graduated in 1944. She worked in Newberry’s Store and Johnson & Johnson. Fred came home from the war and they were married in 1946. They moved to California so Fred could attend Cal Aero Tech. Moved back to Jersey Ave, New Brunswick to start a family. Fred ’48, Joan ’52 (NJ), Patricia ’53 (WA), Eric ’61 (AZ). Built their little house in North Brunswick 1951. Blanche was very active in Sacred Heart School PTA for many years, painting and crafting for the PTA. As the girls wore uniforms to school, most of the dressier clothes were all hand sewed. She also made our wedding gowns. Then the move to Colorado. Mom was very unsure about moving so far away from all her good friends she made with PTA. But she did make it all right. Even took her mother Maria Alberti! She continued to paint beautiful landscapes taking classes and shown in many exhibits. She continued to sew most of her own clothes. And she belonged to two garden clubs! She and Fred traveled all over the US visiting friends and family since the kids are widespread all over the US. They made it to Italy and Germany to visit cousins. Also to Mexico for Fred's business. And made so many memories together. Blanche leaves behind Fred (Marty)Brandt 3rd, Joan Wheeler, Patricia(Greg)Sherman and Eric Brandt. Also 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by Fred Brandt 2nd and Ethan Sherman
