Charles Melville Zartman (June 6, 1958 - August 6, 2021)

Charles (Charlie) Melville Zartman was born to Charles and Pat Zartman in Englewood, Colorado. Charlie was a lifelong Coloradan. He was born on June 9, 1958 and spent most of his life in Englewood with his family. He moved to Good Shepard Homes/Bethesda Lutheran Communities homes in August of 1993, and he loved the South Suburban Rec programs, especially Softball. He attended Day Program with ILC and made many friends in this program. Throughout Charlie’s stay with Bethesda group homes, there were many dedicated staff who created special bonds with Charlie.

Charlie loved softball, fishing, camping, parades, firetrucks, and balloons. Charlie had a great sense of humor, and loved making those around him laugh. He was a great artist, and was especially talented at drawing trucks.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents Mother Patricia Zartman & Father Charlies Zartman and brother Ted. He is survived by his sister-in-law Jill Zatrman and two nieces Christine Zartman , Rebeca, Elizabeth Zartman & Molly Zartman .
