Charles Ralph Smith passed away peacefully at home, May 06, 2024, at the age of 87, by his side were his loving wife and son Andy. Born in 1936 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Charles met Alvina Bosch through a friend and were married at a young age.
Charles and Alvina moved to Colorado after having four children and were married 67 years. He owned his own business delivering brake parts to small car repair shops, then proceeded to work as a mechanic at several car dealerships.
He loved to make people laugh, enjoyed playing golf, going to the casino, and was an excellent cook. He also loved racing and was a pit crew member on a professional racing team.
Charles is survived by his wife Alvina; his son Charles Smith Jr. and daughter-in-law Carrie; his daughter Lisa Morgan and son-in-law Dave; his son Andy Smith and daughter-in-law Stacy; and son Donald Smith. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren: Jordan, Jacob, Rochelle, Randy, Bobby, Morgan, Nick, Alex, Carissa, and Anthony. He is also survived by his fourteen great grandchildren.
