Cindy was born in Denver on November 10, 1940 and passed away April 22, 2026. She was 85 years old and passed peacefully surrounded by her daughters and their husbands.
Cindy was the only daughter of Rex and Billie Mosier. She was the middle child between her two brothers Cliff and Rick. She grew up in Lakewood, Colorado and married her high school sweetheart, John Pressley. They had three children: Kim, Kevin, and Vicki. Sadly, the marriage didn’t last and they divorced. A few years later she met Bob Buenger. He nicknamed her ‘Cinder,’ short for Cinderella, because she always had to be home by midnight since she had young kids at home.
They married in 1978 and set off on an adventurous and fun-filled life. They moved to Gillette, Wyoming then Powell, Wyoming then Las Vegas, Nevada, and ultimately retired in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Bob passed away in 2014 and a few years later, Cindy moved back to the Denver area.
In addition to her three children, Cindy had two step children, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren, as well as a large extended family. She was fun-loving, silly, and loved her family unconditionally. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Cindy liked to “pay it backwards” when she went through a drive-through restaurant. As a random act of kindness she would often pay for the car behind her.
In lieu of flowers or any donations: consider “paying it backwards” sometime and think of Cindy when you do.
