David D. Conway

David Conway passed peacefully on January 25, 2021.  

David and Marie enjoyed their 7 children and were an integral part of the Littleton community. Working for Marathon Oil for over 40 years as a chemical engineer, Dave loved his work at the Littleton-based facility. Dave was also active in his community. He was a member of the Arapahoe County 4-H Foundation volunteering his time working with youth and promoting 4-H. David participating in Arapahoe County voter registration and was an active voter registration judge for many years.   

An avid skier, fisherman, hunter, camper and traveler; David enjoy the outdoors and spending time with his family. Gardening called to David and he cherished an extensive rose garden at his home. 

David’s passion for animals was evident throughout the years. David owned and help raised many animals with his children including horses, dogs, cattle, ducks, birds, and reptiles. 

David is preceded in death by his wife Marie and son David J. Conway.

David leaves behind sons Dan, Martin, John, Steve, and Paul and one daughter, Jenise. Grandchildren David Graham, Marianne Graham  and Sean Conway. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at All Souls Catholic Church with private family burial at Littleton Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the English Springer Spaniel America www.springerrescue.org in David's name and memory.
