Diana Lydia Conti of Littleton, Colorado passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Diana was the beloved wife of Louis for 60 adventure filled years. She was the eldest daughter of the late Manuel and Lucy Suarez.
A native of Anmoore, West Virginia, Diana graduated from Bridgeport High School before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Secondary Education in 1961 from West Virginia University. Diana was a teacher for many years and then her love of numbers led her to a career in bookkeeping and tax preparation. Diana’s life was centered in family, faith and discovery. She loved learning about everything and there were few subjects she found uninteresting. Diana and Lou shared a passion for geology and for fossil and mineral collecting.
Diana is survived by her 5 children Louis Conti (Linda), Catherine Fielding (James), Elizabeth Conti (Peter), Joseph Conti (Moira), and Diana Conti, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her cherished sisters Linda Salfia (James) and Josephine Greer (Kenneth).
Diana’s family would like to thank the caregivers at Highline Place and Elevation Hospice for the loving care provided to Diana for the past 4 years.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Friday, June 23, 2023 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 6853 S Prince St, Littleton, CO. Reception to follow at Riverwalk Clubhouse, 2751 W Riverwalk
