Donald Herbert Reynolds

Donald Herbert Reynolds, 82, of Morrison, Colorado died peacefully in his home on Saturday, July 22, 2023.  Don was born on August 13, 1940, in St. Louis, Missouri.  Parents – Gloria (Huber) Zewiski and Stanley Zewiski.  Don married Joan Marie Jacober, July 28, 1962, at St. John the Baptist Church, St. Louis, Missouri.  Don and Joan were high school sweethearts at St. John the Baptist High School.

Don had a successful career in the insurance industry.  Don also enjoyed playing soccer, coaching soccer, and most of all, watching soccer.  At some point Don’s favorite soccer team became Bayern Munich and he would never miss a game. Don was a devoted and loving family man and was a great husband and father.

Don is survived by his loving brother, Gerald Zewiski, his loving children Scott Reynolds, Sheri (Dan) Dellavechio, Brian (Carolyn) Reynolds, Claustina Mahon-Reynolds, and two very special grandchildren, John “JT” Reynolds, and Annika Claustina Reynolds.  He will be missed by many.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 9th, from 4-6pm at the Drinkwine Mortuary.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 10th, at 10:30am at Light of the World (LOTW) Catholic Church.  A graveside service will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery immediately following the Mass.
