Ernest Dean Hiss

On January 20, 2020, Ernest Dean Hiss passed peacefully from this life in Littleton, CO. Born on July 13, 1926, he lived a full life filled with family, friends and associates. He served in World War II in the US Navy. After discharge he graduated from Washburn University in Topeka, KS and then went on to a long and successful career as a real estate appraiser in the Denver, CO area. He was a member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the Arapahoe Sertoma Club. He enjoyed sports, skiing, cycling, hunting, fishing, and golfing. He was also a very accomplished wood carver. He is survived by his wife Mary, sons Fred and Mark, and grandchildren Kane, Mason and Ashley. His unending smiles and laughter will be greatly missed by many.
