Ernie Tauck Obituary

Ernie J. Tauck, 92, of West Palm Beach, Fla., passed away on May 3, 2023. He was born on April 1, 1931 in Crown Point, Ind., the son of William and Gretchen (Rathmann) Tauck. Ernie graduated in 1950 from Valparaiso High School in Indiana. In 1958, he married Dixie Fridge who proceeded him in death along with his son Garrison Tauck and brothers Henning and Reinhart Tauck. He is survived by a daughter, Gretchen (Phil) Parrish of Okmulgee, Okla., and sons Michael Harrison Adams and Scott Turcott; and two granddaughters Alexis Cason and Jocelyn Tauck.

A retired sales executive and business owner, Ernie enjoyed working out at the gym. At 81 years old, he set the American record deadlifting 237 lbs. at the NAPF 2012 Bench Press Championships. Ernie also enjoyed working in his yard.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 1:30 p.m., Drinkwine Mortuary, Littleton Colo., with burial following at Littleton Cemetery.
