Obituary

Gregory S. McKellips, of Littleton, Colorado passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 68.

Greg was born in Spokane Washington. He was content as a child while walking around the block on stilts, playing tag in the nut trees with fern swords, making bird houses, and acquiring special train pieces for his collector train set.

His family moved to Colorado when he was in high school. He attended Arapahoe High School in Littleton and later the University of Colorado, Boulder. Throughout his working career he enjoyed: restaurant management, accounting, selling real estate, and being a financial consultant.

In his spare time Greg enjoyed the local sports scene, especially the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies. He also enjoyed time with family, the Colorado mountains, playing pool, and watching movies and TV shows from his past. Greg was known for his humor and wit. Everyone knew that he would bring laughter and smiles to any gathering.

Greg was preceded in death by his parents Dwaine and Genevieve McKellips, sister Dianne Lange (Kermit), and brother in law Bill Conner. He is survived by his sister Cindi Conner, brother Terry McKellips (Maria), and sister Heidi Crepeau. He also leaves behind 14 nieces and nephews, who always enjoyed the shenanigans and fun he would bring to family gatherings.
