Guy Miller Obituary

Guy Anthony Miller, 63, of Littleton, CO., went to meet Jesus on Friday, April 30, 2021. He passed away peacefully in his home.  He was born in Baltimore, MD. on 2/22/58.  He was predeceased in life by his parents Herbert J. Miller and Mary Florence Wilz Miller.  Also, an older sister, Mary Suzanne Miller.

Guy lived in several states in his life including; Baltimore, Maryland; Littleton, Colorado and Slidell, LA.  He attended Slidell High School.  Guy graduated from Southeastern LA. University in Hammond, LA., in 1982, receiving a B.A. degree in Marketing and Economics.  He studied at Regis University in Denver, CO., receiving a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, Class of 2001.

He was a Former Project Coordinator at Lockheed Martin from 1984 to 1997.  He also worked as a Former Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Evolving Systems from 1999 to 2001.  And then, he worked for Agilent Technologies as a Customer Service Rep. from February 2002 to February 2012.
Guy travelled quite a bit in his lifetime.  He visited England, Ireland, Italy, Israel, and visited Missionary friends in Uganda.

Guy was an avid collector of Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel and DC figures, baseball figures, & baseball cards.  He loved to read The Bible, Joyce Meyer and Bodie/Brock Thoene books.   He enjoyed going to the movies with his family.

At one point, Guy was interested in Genealogy and did a Chart of the Miller/Wilz family.  The lineage goes back to the 1860s and we found out we had ancestors from Bavaria, Germany and France.  He made up a flow chart for all the family members.

Guy is survived by 5 siblings.  Brothers Joseph D. (Trudy) Miller of Picayune, MS,  Alan F. Miller of N. Las Vegas, NV, Craig E. Miller of San Diego, CA.  Sisters Yvonne M. (Joe) Miskech of N. Las Vegas, NV and Helen L. Miller of Cary, N.C.  He was Uncle to 10 nieces and nephews, Great Uncle to 1 niece and 1 nephew.

Guy had many friends scattered everywhere.  He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church.  He set up a Paul Kyle Ministry Music Night, and he was involved in YWAM (a Christian Study/Outreach program).  He loved to listen to Charles Stanley.  He also loved listening to scripture teachings.

Guy was a great and caring brother and he will be greatly missed.  R.I.P.
