Jolene Carlile DeJonghe

Jolene C. DeJonghe was an extraordinary individual deeply appreciative of life and family. Born October 23, 1929 in Heber City, Utah to a deeply spiritual family, she was significantly impactful as a teenager raising her youngest brother. Family was the highlight of her life. An ever present supportive wife and mother, she raised four children and was the grandmother of four beloved grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A nature lover, she enjoyed outdoor walking, bicycling, golfing and aerobic activities. Her community appreciated her blood donations and meal preparations. Her life was inspired by her favorite St. Frances of Assisi prayer. She truly was an instrument of God's peace.

The family will celebrate her life at a private gathering.
