Julia Bashore Obituary

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Julia A Bashore, a cherished wife, mother and grandmother, on January 13, 2025 at the age of 77. With family present, Julia departed peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion.

Julia was born in 1947 in El Paso, Texas. Her life was a testament to the boundless love a mother can provide, nurturing her family with care, wisdom, and unwavering support. To her children, she was a source of unconditional love and wisdom in their home.

Julia dedicated herself to her family, always putting their needs above her own. She had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel special, whether through her warm embraces, encouraging words, or the home cooked meals shared around the table. Her kindness extended beyond her immediate family, as she welcomed friends and neighbors with open arms and a generous heart.

She is survived by her children, Roy and his wife Danelle, Lee and his wife Heather, and her grandchildren Miranda, Morgan, Jordyn, Logan, and Kendall.

Julia’s love was the thread that bound her family together, and her loss will be deeply felt by all who were blessed to know her. Though her absence leaves a void, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts and memories of those she loved.

A celebration of Julia’s life will be held on February 7, 2025, 1:00 pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery, with a celebration of life memorial gathering after. Location to be announced. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory, share stories, and find comfort in the legacy of love she leaves behind.

Rest peacefully, Julia. Your love, kindness, and strength will forever guide us. You were, and always will be, the heart of our family.
