Lorraine Adler, 84, of Highlands Ranch, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024. She was born on December 24, 1940 to Paul and Elizabeth Miller in St. Joseph, Missouri. The family moved to Lakewood, Colorado when she was eight years old.
Lorraine met her lifelong sweetheart, Richard Adler, shortly after graduating from high school. They were married on August 7, 1965. Lorraine and Dick went on to have two daughters, Wendy and Julie.
Lorraine came to faith in Jesus Christ as a young child and was active in church all her life. She spent many years as a homemaker, but eventually found a special connection with Christian radio station KWBI where she worked as a volunteer coordinator and formed many special friendships. Lorraine spent her life serving the Lord and her greatest desire was to draw others to a relationship with Jesus.
Lorraine is survived by her husband, Richard Adler, and daughters Wendy Shrader (Brad) of Lakewood, CO and Julie Clousing (Brian) of Castle Rock, CO. Grandchildren Megan Sittner (Jeremy), Scott Clousing, Luke Shrader, and Levi Shrader, and nieces Susan Shrader (Mike), Holly Durand, and nephew David Oliver.
