Ronald B. Raab was born 90 years ago to Leslie and Thelma Raab in Toledo, Ohio.
After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, he worked for US Rubber Co in Mishawaka, Indiana where he met his wife Betty. They have 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. He loved and enjoyed his family very much. His warm smile and sense of humor always made people feel comfortable.
In 1965, Ron and family moved to Perrysburg, Ohio and worked for Johns-Manville in Waterville. In 1976, Ron and family moved to Colorado to work in the new Johns-Manville research and development facility.
Ron loved traveling and adventure, and was an Eagle Scout and Boy Scout leader for many years.
In retirement, he worked as an engineering consultant for companies in the insulation business. He also worked for the new, at the time, Littleton state and federal preschool head start program and made many friends with parents and children.
As a Christian, Ron served his family church as an elder and loved the Lord with all his heart.
