Obituary

Ruth Gold was born on April 27th, 1942, to John and Anna Padilla in Sterling, CO. She passed away on April 30th, 2022, at the age of 80, unexpectedly when she lost her battle to Covid. She is survived by her children, Geraldine G. Archuleta, Steven R. Gold, and Jimmie L. Gold; grandchildren, Michael P. Gold, Jessica M. Baca (Jacob), Amanda B. Beals (Nate), Joshua E. Gold (Aundrea), and Kendra J. Gold (Rachael); eight great grandchildren with one on the way; sisters, Rebecca Roybal and Mary Benavides and numerous nieces and nephews.

Although Ruthie was taken from this world, her loving heart left a beacon of light for all in the community. She had a heart of gold, never hesitating to help people in need. She was known for her love of vacuums and cleaning skills but most importantly her ability to light up a room and embrace her love for those around. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Her family would like to invite you to her memorial service on Tuesday, May 17th, 2022 at 10am, at the "Drinkwine Family Mortuary" 999 W Littleton Blvd. Littleton, CO 80120. Followed by her Celebration of Life at 1pm, at "Carl Park Community Center" 5401 Meade St. Denver, CO 80221.
