Sue Ellen Angell was born September 24, 1944 to Jerome Frederick and Eleanore Virginia Birkholm Angell in Lansing, Michigan and passed away at home February 7, 2025 after an extended illness. The family moved to Colorado in the late 1940's and settled in Englewood. Sue attended Englewood schools and graduated from Englewood High School in 1962.
Sue was united in marriage with Thomas W. MIck on June 6, 1964 at the Mayflower Congregational Church in Englewood. Two daughters, Steffani and Sheli, were born to this union.
Sue entered the banking and mortgage finance profession where she worked for over five decades. She spent many years working for Pulte Mortgage where she rose to the level of vice president, a title which she held until she retired. She was well respected by her peers and subordinates as a manager for her professional manner and personality.
Sue was a gregarious person who enjoyed many hobbies including playing cards (bridge, canasta and pinochle), volunteering in a senior center, socializing with friends, interior decorating, and many handworking projects such as crewel and fairy gardening. She enjoyed being busy and spent little time being idle.

She is survived by daughters Steffani Rink (John) and Sheli Engelby (Damon), grandchildren Madison Engelby, Lucas Engelby, Alex Rink, Kyra Henderson, Krystopher Henderson, brother-in-law David Mick, and sister-in-law Dorothy Allison (Bob).
