William Roy Stinemeyer entered into eternity February 21, 2026. He was a beloved husband, brother and friend to many.
Roy was born to William Roy Stinemeyer l and Della A Stinemeyer on March 26, 1958 in Canon City Colorado. He is survived by his loving wife Maureen. He was the 4th of 5 children and is survived by Lydia Stinemeyer, Ruth Friess and Ed Stinemeyer. His youngest brother Jimmy passed away from leukemia at the age of 2 years old.
He spent his younger years in Canon City and after the death of his parents, moved to Littleton Colorado to live with his aunt at about 15 years old. He attended Littleton High School where he formed life long friendships.
He met his wife Maureen at a gathering at a friends house in 1977. They dated for about 2 ½ years and married on October 10, 1980 at All Souls Catholic Church.
He had various jobs repairing and maintaining medical equipment including managing staff for service and repair all over the country. He was a bio-technician and retired as an HVAC technician.
He had a love for vintage electronics, collecting and repairing them. He was gifted in trouble shooting problems and could fix anything.
Roy and Maureen had a wonderful loving marriage of 45 years. They had common interests including a love of history and enjoyed watching You Tube videos together. Mexican food was a favorite and often enjoyed dinners out.
Roy was very giving and generous of his time and money. He loved helping others and had a very kind heart. He will be greatly missed.
His wife and family will celebrate his life in a private Celebration of Life in the near future.
