Evelyn Maxine Guderjohn

Evelyn Wallace Guderjohn went to be with the Father on December 23, 2017. Evelyn was born on August 26, 1924 in Mt. Savage, MD., but she lived in Littleton, CO almost continuously since 1956. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bertha M. Miller; step brothers John Miller, Charles Miller, Michael Miller, Jr, Walter Minnick, and James Minnick; step sisters Mary Miller, JoAnn Miller, Thelma Minnick, and Dorothy Minick.; husband Henry W. “Bud” Guderjohn, and long time companion Carl A. Noe. She is survived by her son Joe and her grandson Jason. She worked her entire life until retiring in 1992. After her marriage to Bud in 1943, they lived in Essex, MD until 1956 when the family was relocated to Littleton, CO by the Martin Marietta company. Evelyn had many interests over the years, such as sewing, crocheting, gardening, and while in Maryland, fishing. But her great passion was for animals, specifically cats and dogs. She always had at least one dog and maybe one or two cats.

A memorial ceremony will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Drinkwine Mortuary, 999 Littleton Blvd, Littleton, CO 80120. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA in Evelyn’s name.
