Over the years when I didn't want to be at work and when you walked through the door with that bright smile and told everyone that it was alright,you made my day. I know that smile is still in every ones memory and I will never forget the numerous chats about life and how proud you were to be a dad and a husband.You cared more about your guys on the job and you were always ready to jump in where anyone needed you,no questions asked...

You have no idea how heart broke I am not to be able to share another story with you!!
You were such an important part of my young adulthood (if you could call us adults then). You were a good friend and so much more, who taught me so much about living life to it’s fullest. Your work ethic was matched by no-one. The hardest working man I ever met, bar none!! I could fill this page with stories of us having fun all night and you still being behind a saw at four am and working all day in the heat. Working with you was never a job, you made it a joy. Teaching me more about the industry than any sales manager ever could! Your Smile and relaxed attitude, even when you were in deep, will remain with me forever!!
From the first time I met you till the last time we spoke(and beyond) I admired my big brother Mike Z.

My prayers are with all of Mikes family. He will be missed by everyone of my family. It just does not seem possible that he is gone.
