Reiny was a great brother. When we were growing up, I sometimes didn't think so. But he proved me wrong. His ready smile and warm heart endeared him to everyone. For the past few years, I called him every Saturday morning and we spent many happy hours reminiscing. He will be greatly missed by us all, but we can look forward to our heavenly reunion! Love to all, Leah

Ruben (Reiny's baby brother) always enjoyed reminiscing about their many adventures growing up on the ND farm. Reiny was the master instigator! He was full of fun, witty & brilliant, full of life and love. We will truly miss his cheery, outgoing spirit - a joy to know (and be related to), to love and see again in heaven above.

I never met Reiny in person, but we shared a lot of genealogy info by phone and e-mail. He seemed like a fine gentleman and we enjoyed all of our exchanges with him.

Uncle Reiny will be missed by all of the family. So many times during these later years he has driven or flown many miles to assist family members in sad and happy circumstances. His ready smile and helping hand will be our memory always. Our love and prayers are sent to his dear children.

Uncle Reiny was "so much sunshine to the square inch." I can't think of him without seeing that ever-present twinkle in his eye, and wanting to smile. We never quite knew what he was going to do next, but whatever it was, we knew he'd jump in with both feet and squeeze out every drop. How you must miss him! Me, too.

I love you, Uncle Reiny.

A wonderful man I had the pleasure of meeting just a few times but his tremendous love for his family left a huge impression on me. Everyone should have a grandfather like Bapa. Rest in peace.

There are a lot of good people in this world but none better then Reiny. My family and I have great memories of times spent with him. I am so glad that we all got to know him. He was a great uncle.

Uncle Reiny reminded me often that he provided my first high chair & taught me to count coins when we were living together on the Circle Z in Carson, ND. Later, he encouraged me to pursue an engineering career & I lived vicariously as he related his aerospace pursuits. On Grandma Zimbelman's 100 birthday celebration cruise, he told my daughters & their husbands stories about me they had never heard before-all in love & humor. We will all miss him so much.

Uncle Reiny's was a very beloved Uncle who spread his sunshine and laughter wherever he was. He so loved and valued family, and delighted in updating us on his own precious family, and always patiently looked at EVERY picture I would show him of MY kids and grandkids. I will always remeber Uncle Reiny with a gigantic smile on his face. We will miss you Uncle Reiny and look forward to seeing you again in Heaven one day. Love and hugs and God's blessings on you all!
