Joan Kae Hix

Joan Kae Hix was born on February 3rd, 1936 in Audubon, Iowa, the sixth child of Elijah and Leola Stafford. She married the love of her life Dr. Jerrold Warren Hix DVM on December 19th, 1954. Joan and Jerry moved to Littleton, Colorado in October of 1962 where they raised their family. Joan was very active in the community. She loved to entertain her many friends and family, travel and and play bridge. Joan is survived by her husband of 62 years Jerry; her sons Steve, Jerry and Bob and daughter-in-law Susie; five grandchildren Steven, Justin, Lauren, Stafford and Preston and two great granddaughters and her older brother Earl Stafford along with her many nieces and nephews.

Joan's service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 3rd, 2017 at The First Presbyterian Church of Littleton - 1609 W. Littleton Blvd., Littleton, CO 80120.
